Where can I take my vehicle for repairs?
We welcome your vehicle back to our store for our extraordinary maintenance services, and repairs.  Bringing your vehicle back to us for your service contract claims is as simple as ‘drop it off, and come back and get it!’  Alternatively, if you are outside of our general area, or have a preferred service center, our service contracts can be utilized at any certified repair center. 

Is there a deductible or fee should I need to make a claim?
There are no hidden fees with our plans.  You won’t be surprised with any hidden bills or charges if you make a claim for your vehicle.  With each claim, there is only a standard $100 deductible.  Customers should generally expect to pay sales tax on their service, as well.

Does the warranty company pay the shop, or do I?
The service contract company will generally pay the shop directly if you open a claim prior to initiating repairs.  On some weekends/holidays, if the repairs are paid for, the company will reimburse you in your preferred payment method.

How long has the company been in business?
Our administrator and underwriter have been in business for over a combined 115 years, and all providers are rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau.

When is my vehicle covered?
On every policy, the vehicle is covered from the moment you leave the lot!  If there is an exception to this that creates a waiting period with your coverage, that waiting period will be clearly explained and shown to you before purchasing.

Are there any excluded parts that may not be covered under my warranty?
Depending on the warranty plan included with the vehicle or the warranty you purchase as an extension, there may be some exclusions to covered parts on the vehicle.  Feel free to ask the dealer and your representative at the dealership what your coverage is, and even take a look at our sample contracts!
